We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented professionals who know their way around Filevine and want to contribute to meaningful legal work. You may be a great fit for this role if you’ve worked in a legal support role, served as a Filevine Admin, or have hands-on experience in a tech-forward law firm. This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your Filevine knowledge and potentially grow into a full-time role. You’ll work on coding templates to automate document generation for legal workflows and streamline client deliverables.

What you'll do:

  • Support daily Filevine configuration and setup
  • Build and refine Document Generation templates
  • Manage contract lifecycle management workflows
  • Code and troubleshoot merge docs
  • Collaborate with Optimizers to ensure client success
What we're looking for:
  • Experience in a legal operations or Filevine admin role
  • Experience with legal tech software
  • Strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset
  • Comfort working remotely and communicating in English
  • Based in Latin America or the Philippines

We're especially interested in individuals who understand how law firms use Filevine daily, whether you were previously a Filevine Admin, legal support staff, or worked in a tech-forward legal environment.
