You may be a great fit for this role if you worked in a law firm as a case manager, paralegal, attorney, IT support role, or law clerk but really enjoy working on the technology which can supercharge law firms.

This role requires that you enjoy designing and improving business processes. It requires you to think creatively, ask good questions, and then have the technical skills to build out the business and train people to use it.

We work as a team

Each Optimizer (aka Vineskills team member and Filevine expert) is the primary point of contact for a handful of law firms. We have regular client check-in calls where we aim to listen, ask good questions, screen share some examples and end with clear priorities for the work to be done. Typically there are two Optimizers on the call in order to have two perspectives and help with taking notes.

  • Salary Range: $74,400 - $150,000+ per year based on experience and qualifications.
